What is Starcore?
Starcore is a people-operations platform that pulls leave management, attendance, payroll, announcements and an AI assistant (AskCore) into one system. It is built for Indian companies by Zerotime Solutions LLP, based in Ahmedabad.
What is AskCore?
AskCore is Starcore's built-in AI assistant. It answers policy questions from the company handbook, knows each employee's leave balance, payday and holiday calendar, and is available to every employee without them raising an HR ticket.
Is my data hosted in India?
Yes. All Starcore data is stored on servers located in India, so your employee records, payroll data and attendance logs never leave the country.
Who is Starcore for?
Starcore is designed for Indian businesses of any size — from teams of eight to organisations with thousands of employees. Role-based access gives Employees, Managers, HR and Admins exactly the view they need.
How does the free trial work?
Your first three months carry no user fees at all. You pay a one-time onboarding fee (₹499 + GST for up to 50 users, ₹1,499 + GST above 50), then get full access to every module for three months. From month four, per-seat billing starts from ₹49 per Employee.
